Better Understanding the Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) System

The Center for Mathematical Modeling (CMM) of the Universidad de Chile and the Faculty of Education Sciences of the Universidad de Talca are pleased to invite you to the colloquium titled Better Understanding the Technical Vocational Education and Training (TVET) System: A Collaborative Colloquium on TVET.

The event will be held on Monday, August 28, 2023 at 9:00 a.m. at the lecture hall B06 of the Faculty of Physical and Mathematical Sciences of the University of Chile; located at Beauchef 851, Santiago.

The colloquium has the following three overarching themes:

Different TVET Realities School Libraries  & TVET Desired Practices within TVET
Can TVET instruction be too academic? Trends in public policies for school libraries Learning English as a second language
Obtaining an master’s and/or PhD within the TVET educational track: a reality within Nigeria’s TVET system. Chile’s CRA School Libraries within its TVET system Developing mathematical reasoning
